Default I fell off this weekend, but am back on!

I really fell of the wagon this weekend. I still counted my points, but went wayyy over even over my FP! I feel like poop. I'm sure this has happened to others.. how do you cope with it???

Just a thought ( not that I should talk as this always happens to me too), you could stick to your daily points target for the rest of the week and try to exercise lots this week to cover your overindulgence with activity points. This way you'd still be okay for points for the week. I know this isn't the way it's supposed to be done, but it's a thought.

I am in the same boat! And it is not the first time...My plan is to stick to my target pts, and let it go! You have to be able to use the WW program in Real Life, or it will never work! Forgive yourself, and keep at it!

I actually plan to take time off every now and then. When I go to Las Vegas, I take one 1/2 day off and eat like anything I want. Boy- it feels good to indulge, but it feels good to be back on track too.
