Hi all!
Really I'd settle for feeling comfortable in any swimsuit this summer!
Anyway I started SBD a little under the week ago and am down about 5lbs. I passed a major test yesterday by eating out and ordering only soup and salad (and stealing only 3 fries from a neighboring plate). Ideally I'm hoping to stay on Phase I two weeks when I scheduled to leave for a trip to Atlanta (where I'm hoping not to fall completely off the carb wagon) and get back onto Phase I for another two weeks when I return. Then I hope that another three months at Phase II should see me at a lose of 35 more lbs or so by summer. Experienced South Beachers - is this a reasonable goal? Keep in mind that during the first week the only exercise I could manage was battling my biscuit, cake and english muffin cravings. I hope to add at least 30 minutes a day this week. The 5 lbs so far is great but I'm seem to be paranoid it's gonna stop any minute.
