Default January Weigh in's
I am looking forward to this being my best year

Jan 8 -1/4# Not a lot but it is still a loss

Jan 15 Missed the meeting

Jan 22 Used my free weigh in Now must play catch up or rather catch down

Jan 29 -1/2# Next month will be better

Eleni, I'm with you!!! This will be our best year!

01/08/04 - I did not have a loss last night, turtled. But that's okay, No gain!
I have vowed that I will eat healthier this year.

01/15/04 - Another turtle...I try to tell myself not to be unhappy...but wanted it to be a loss!!!

01/22/04 - At last 1/4 # loss. I don't know what is wrong. I'm trying something different this week!

I ended the month with a gain of 1.50 lbs. But I am back on track now.

i did weigh-in on thursday but i didn't have my tops bankbook so i couldn't tell you if i gained, lost or stayed the same. it's a good thing with tops that a new year is a new beginning.

Playing catch-up. Haven't been on here since before the New Year.

Jan 7 - LOST 1.25#
Jan 14 - Gained 2.25
Jan 21 - LOST 2.75#
Jan 28 - LOST .75#

Ended up in the BLACK by 2.5#'s!!!! I am thrilled with that. Bring on Feb!

i'm also playing catch up. last week lost 1 and 1/2 pounds. this week, i'm excused. have a cold and am staying home today.
