good afternoon everyone. it is so cold here today. i hope all of you are doing fine. i know linda is just thinking about that brand new blessing. did you check the scale, linda, with the floating weight? i've finally managed to peel off what i gained last weekend. i had actually knocked myself completely out of ketosis. i am back on track stronger than ever now though. i haven't exercised yet today. i do need to get that worked in somehow. some of us have been posting pics on the atkins site. i'd love to see pics of y'all too. it really does help to match names and faces. thanks for your lovely comments about the ball gown pic. y'all are so sweet. you'll have to go back over to the same thread and check out supersized's new pic. i think she looks fab, even if she is my twin. y'all have a great day!

off to the Peruvian Brunch at school. 22 kid speaches to listen too, presentation of research animals and way too much bad food.

I was up late again last night, but I may be able to catch up tonight, except my favorite show survivor is on....

Hmmmm, thats a good idea about the pictures. We haven't done that here for a while. I have to go downtown for a bit but when I get back this afternoon, I will see what pics I have on my computer. I think I need to convert some of them from gifs to jpegs or visa versa. I'll post pics of my kiddos, doggers and I think I have one or two of me. (Course, it won't be a 'before and after' thing since I'm not doing any strict plans for the last couple years. When I started Atkins a few years back I was in my mid-150s and got down to low 140s - I did it to control cravings more than lose weight. Now I'm back to those mid-150s and don't even ask about the cravings )

Sunny but cold here this morning. Downtown client run for a meeting this morning, then (hopefully) a bit of a job interview, to the pet store for doggers special food, take rental movies back, pick up Melis after she stays late after school to plead with a teacher about a grade, figure something out for dinner, do a couple loads of laundry, then settle in for MUST SEE TV night.

Taz decided to ditch her net connection as she felt she was spending too much time online. We miss her.

Well, I'm almost 100% sure I got the part in The Vagina Monoglogues. Yes, I'm excited and scared. It's been a long time.

Re posting pics, we still have out Yahoo site and could use it to post. That avoids messing around with resizing. I'll see if I can dig it up. Some of you will have to register to get into it so just PM me and I'll invite you.

Internet line was down until just recently so I have a ton of stuff to do so will check in later with info re the Yahoo site.

Late check in for me.

Its just been so busy, and I havent gotten a whole lot accomplished. It was super quiet at the store today, nobody but the mail lady ventured out in this weather. We acutally had to go down to the next block to find our garbage can. There big suckers too, so you know the wind was very very strong!!

Im still working on getting some shelving into the store, its not as easy as it seems. When your on a budget and your trying to do things up nice, but cheap, it takes time and determination!! Determination I have, time I dont I think we finally have the "buffalo and moose dropping" bags found and decided on...again, not an easy task. You would think finding those penny candy bags would be easy!!!!! THEY ARE NOT! So we thought we would do up the dropping candy in nice fancy frosted bags Ive got it all worked out and they are going to look pretty snazzy for poop (candy) bags!

Im off to try to get some laundry done before I hit the sack.
