Default Tip for weight training

Rest a day or two in between workouts. Resting gives your muscles time to recover and replenish energy stores before your next workout.

I think 1 day is enough in between a workout when I took 2 days of rest I noticed less weight loss compared to one day rest

Here are the important points to remember when you are beginning a new weight training routine:
  • Choose your equipment
  • Warm-up
  • Start light
  • Increase weight slowly
  • Pay attention to the pain
  • Lift slowly
  • Build in rest
  • Seek variety
  • Focus on one set
  • Breathe
