Hi! A late start is better than none at all lol. My weight today was 286, planning on cleaning up my eating because I’ve been actively on a wlj for nearly 11 months and that’s about 30 lbs down from where I began (at 316.8). While I’m grateful to be significantly smaller than I was when I began, that’s pretty paltry given all the mental gymnastics I’ve endured, my starting weight, etc. and I KNOW I can do better. Time to prove it.

Thank you Gardenerjoy, yesterday’s weigh in (10/5) was 284.9 lbs which is my lowest yet. I also just discovered celery for a snack, hoping that will help me on my Health journey.
Way to go Kstrong, and yeah it’s been a rough year but I want to find my silver lining.
