Newfie Jen! I am no longer a Weight Watchers member but I have to say it is a WONDERFUL program in my honest opinion! The meetings that fit my schedule are not in my area anymore, and I personally loved that group setting & support, it is invaluable, but I have made it without, so it can be done (not sure if you're doing online or in person, but both have their virtues).
My absolute favorite Weight Watcher is Weightwatchergirl1 on Youtube tons of great advice whether you are on WW or not she started at over 300 lbs. and has lost over 160 lbs.

I am using Myfitnesspal as my tool to lose weight, so far I've lost over 80 lbs. and there are people that do both MFP & WW (or any other weight loss program) but it can be overwhelming to do both (I know because I tried

lol). I wish you the best in your journey, you absolutely can do this, and please don't let a bad day discourage you, you have a long life ahead of you, there will be "bad days" but just make your good days outnumber your bad, and that scale will move! <3
