Cool i screwed up, need advice

okay...i was doing so good on this atkins thing and lost 15 pounds! then i went on vacation and totally went nuts...the atkins thing went out the door for about a week....

here's my question, i want to start again, get back on track ya know....should i start at the induction phase again, like the first two weeks?

i haven't weighed since i got on my "all-you-can-eat" kick...hopefully i didn't gain a whole lot back..

any advice would be appreciated!
thanks

yes, start Induction over again.

you may just need a week or so to get yourself back on track, and then you could slowly add carbs til you get up to where you were...

some people only loose at levels very close to induction, like 25 or 30 grams a day...it's individual, if you're very active or have a lot to loose you may be able to have more. I have tried 60ish, and use that as a Protein Power daily carb count, but it is only good for maintenence. In order to loose, I have to stay really strict.

One of the things I like about this way of eating, is that every morning you are in a fasting state and you can start over anytine!

Becky, I would start back with induction with LOTS of water to get those carb cravings under control.

all the best to you,
