Default Yikes....30+carbs!!!!

Boy oh boy.....it was that Japanese dinner that did it....Son's birthday dinner so he got to choose restaurant....he picked his favorite japanese place...the kind where they cook on the tabletop grill right in front of you.

Food is not bad.....salad, veggies, shrimp, steak, miso soup. I think it was the sauces that killed me. Looks like lots of teriyaki sauce is used...and two dipping sauces, ginger and sesame. I had a bit of each until I realized how sweet they tasted!

So I know I overdid on the veggies (onions, bean sprouts, zucchini, mushrooms) and salad.....so these are not bad carbs, but I know that teriyaki sauce is high carb...probably got at least a 1/4 cup (hard to tell cuz of the communal cooking).

I know...I need to drink lots of water.....hope this does not throw me out of ketosis...and of course tomorrow am if my "official weekly weigh in"...wish me luck!

I would skip for tomorow as you have taken in tons of salt!! fluid retention. it may throw you out of ketosis but not for long get back OP and you will do fine

Default STILL OKAY??

Looks like I am still in ketosis, which is amazing! (checked that night and following am).

I did my "official" weigh-in today instead of yesterday due to probably water retention (and I could feel my rings were tight).

Happy to report that weekly weight loss was 1.6 pounds which I will take, thank you very much!

I am continuing along, still on induction, to see how things progress!

Good job Froofy!! and just imangine how much that will be when you lose the fluid you retained!!!
