Default What store do YOU spend too much money in?

I'm just hemmorrhaging money this month on toys and gear - I really should get that under control. I wonder if there's a direct correlation to the amount of calories I "save" vs the amount of money I spend. Ha!

Where do you guys find yourself spending way too much money?

My latest splurge stores have been REI (although I'm sure I'd do the same at LL Bean) and True Runner (my local running store). I could also do some serious damage at Sur la Table or Williams Sonoma, but I've purposely stayed away from there as of late.

I dont have a clothing store in this list yet because ever since I can't do Lane Bryant anymore, I've been trying to figure out where my "go to" clothing store is. Once I do you can bet that will be added

What about you guys?

I would buy shares in JCPenney and Macy's if I were any of you. I'm keeping them afloat with my weekly clothes binges there including for gym stuff.

I must be averaging $150/week.

But I am very happy with my Nike+ watch ($150) and Jaybuds earphones ($160). Essentials.

Target - I love the different lines of makeup and bath products only sold there. I can't make it out of the store without spending at least $40.

Kohls - nuff said

Barnes and Noble (or any other bookstore I go in). It's an addiction. A very expensive one unfortunately.

Old Navy and JcPenney's are the ones that I spend too much at each month and about every six months I have huge unneeded shopping sprees at New York and Company.

we don't have any major stores around here except fred Meyers and walmart....but I sure spend enough money on food here...especially on warm days with stuff for the kids and also for new recipes that I want to try lol

ETA: I was given a gift certificate to Amazon for Christmas and after 6 months I still couldn't figure out anything to buy for myself LMAO! so I bought the kids each something instead this week

Any bookstore. I get too crazy in there.

Luckily there's a used bookstore in town where you can trade books in for store credit, so I save my favorites and take back ones I'm done with....to get more!

Definitely target. My sister works there, so I tend to end up there a lot. Haha

Amazon....

Lately also Eddie Bauer and Macy's as well. Zappos would be the other one.

I went to Rei recently to return something but couldn't shop because we had just bought groceries and it was hot. I do love REI though.

Bookstores. Or, on books in general. Luckily there aren't any bookstores close enough for me to go weekly. I buy a book or so a month at places like Walmart, Sam's Club, or Target. Occasionally I make it out to Half-Price books and pick up a few books. Even more rarely, I go to Barnes & Noble. I've discovered the wonders of Amazon and will shortly be ordering books to finish off some series.

Between my DD and me, I spend way too much at Loft, Banana Republic, Gap, and DSW!
