Default Hi

I am hovering around 300. 299 last time I checked which was a few days ago. This past year I put on 50 lbs. had a few people move in with our family and I have been stress eating and I stopped working out. I restarted last week. We were eating healthy but that went on the wayside when they moved in cause they were not used to eating like we did. I decided this month that I needed to take back control of my eating and exercising or in this case lack of exercise.

Good luck! I re-started last year at 299 pounds. You can do it!

Welcome SnowAngel72. You have come to the right place. There is a lot of wonderful information here but better than that there are a lot of wonderful PEOPLE here. Setback or victory (big and small) there is always someone here to cheer you on (myself in included).
My highest weight was 320 in sept 2012 as of this morning I am 292. I have had my ups and downs but everyone here has helped me thru.

Welcome and congratulations on taking back control! It took me a while to realize that if I wanted to lose weight, I had to pretty much do my own thing as far as food goes and stop letting myself use other people as an excuse not to (it's just too easy to eat the good stuff when you have to make it for everyone else!).
