Hi fellow foodaholics...I'm trying to lose the final 20 lbs and hoping to find a food plan that I can live with instead of a diet I can't stick with. I'm in my mid-50s and want to be fit and healthy. I''ve ordered and received some Wonderslim products and think this plan will work best for me.
I love seeing all the great support here as well as all the great tips for staying on track. I look forward to getting to know many of you better and sharing ideas, information and goals.

I'm going to be 50 in January! I lost 50 lbs on Medifast. Hoping to stay fit and active now.
