Have a good one all!

Good morning ladies!!

I wish my husband would go out of town...or maybe I will just pour the pot of coffee over his head- he is aggravating the crap out of me.

OF course so is work and so are my children and so is everything else-so.....maybe PMS or maybe all the crap I have been eating.

Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Default Morning All!

Well, you all know that my hubby aggervates me all the time-so Scooby I know where you are coming from!

Well, Hubby made me breakfast this morning--2 slices of toast with butter and cinn&sugar. yea I know-carb-filled! Sooo after he left I ate 2 eggs to get some protein--hopefully that will be all the carbs I consume today I know I am dreaming!

Well, not much going on today, I'm gonna go meet my aunt and watch her granddaughter for a few hours, pick Tori up from school, and we have a ball scrimmage tonight-nothing exciting!

Hope you all have a good day!

Talking Good Morning!

Well, here I am on day 4 of re-induction. I added almonds into my diet yesterday as well as a small amount of SF Chocolate (for scientific reasons, so I could report back to all of you!) We will see how it affects my keytones tonght.

DH has already lost about 6 or 7 pounds since Monday! I have no idea how he does it! So I guess that could fall under the category of annyoying the crap out of me!

I have been on my treadmill so far Mon, Tue, and Wed. So that is going well too. DH and I are excercising together, so it provides me some motivation.

So: Here is the lo-down on the Hershey's SF chocolates! I had one piece of Dark Chocolate and one Mini Reeses Peanut Putter Cup. The dark chocolate was OK. It definately tasted like real chocolate, but did not have that "bite" that I like in a dark chocolate. I prefer Pure De-lite dark chocolate. The peanut butter cup on the other hand was great! I thought there was little difference between that and a real mini reeses. I think both pieces worked out to having 1 or less carbs per piece after you take out the fiber and lacitol. All in all if you need a chocolate fix. These may just do the trick!

Well, everyone have a great day!

Hi all,
I Spent about 5 hours at KFS's house last night working on Auction stuff. Al little aggravating but all is going just fine. We have another meeting today at school. With luck final printing today and then a long night Saturday for the auction itself!
I have only w/o 1 day this week. I might do it tonight watching TV, but I am exhausted and not sleeping well. It must be the lack of exercise. My tummy has been out of sorts too. The spring equinox tends to do a number on my colitis and Cohn’s. Well I can tough it out!

I am enjoying the threads going on. You all are so funny!

My DH starts golf season today. I love the game but he obsesses. It will almost be like he is out of town except he still eats and I still have to do his laundry. Golf is definitely the "other woman" in our relationship.

Kids are happy. They are having a sleepover on Saturday night and DH and I, well me anyway, I am looking forward to a lazy Sunday morning without them. DH will be up at 6 to play golf.

Well have a good day chickies,
-L

Good Morning Everybody!!

I get hubby all day today!! His appointment was cancelled early this morning, so now he can spend the day with me I can go for my mid afternoon walk too!!

Im going to talk to him about the bathroom, and see what he thinks. Usually he just tells me what ever I think is nice will be fine with him. Except when I get moving and buying, he sticks his nose in then, and decides he doesnt like that. So, today I'll corner him!!

After reading the posts about wellburtin and the rest, I thought maybe something like this would help me thru the month. My cycle has my moods a bit out of wack. I did some research and found that St. Johns wort might be just what Im looking for. I talked to an old friend that uses it all the time, and he suggested I give it a try. Well I did, in tea form. Maybe it worked, or maybe its all in my head, but I had a much better day yesterday as far as my eating goes. I also picked up another supplement to try, L-glucone (sp)? Its an amino acid and suppose to help with carb cravings. Between the two of them, I didnt crave sugar yesterday. But I was very hungry. Which is fine, hunger is easy to deal with, its the sugar thats almost impossible.

Im off to make breaky......have a great day everyone!!

Holy smokes! I forgot to post this morning! I just did my Journal and dashed off to work at the Greenhouse! I did remember coffee, however!

Gorgeous day and my daffies survived yesterday's snow. They may even come out this afternoon when the sun gets to that side of the house.

This afternoon I will be driving around the county delivering school packages for Fair exhibits. I hope they all get done as there is a Board meeting tonight and I'd hate to lie! There is also a meeting of the Red Hat Society which would be a heck of a lot more fun. I wish I was more adept at lying!

Lunch on the schedule and then I'm off in my guise as Roadrunner Ruthie.

Oh ****, Ruthie. I'd lie and go to the Red hat meeting instead. Poop on the rest of them. Girls just wanna have fun, ya know.

Not much happening here on the Wet Coast except rain, rain, RAIN and I'm not singing in it. In the garden the weeds are taking over and the lawn will soon need a hay mower but it's just too soggy out there to use a lawn mower.

Lots of housework to do, as usual, but again, as usual, I'm procrastinating.
Off to have lunch now and then I have to go grocery shopping. Didn't I just do that two days ago? Sheesh! We sure must eat a lot.
