Default Hi !

I didn't see a 2012 intro thread so here I am.

I'm just getting used to counting calories. I usually do WW but for some reason I just can manage to stick to it.

I purchased a bodybugg from 24 hour fitness 2 weeks ago and it's all about cals in cals out. I've lost as of today 5.5 pounds ! I'm THRILLED !

I live in Alaska and we are all pudgy here lol... I'm 44 and originally from SC. DH is in the military so we move a lot but have been in AK for almost 10 yrs.

It will take some getting used to looking for the CALORIES threads lol I'm so used to WW.

SO EXCITED to be here !

I'm new here too and I was also on weight watchers several times but I couldn't stick with it either. So far so good with this I hated counting on WW I like the freedom of calorie counting!!
