Hey Ladies - thanks for your support and suggestions yesterday. Sorry I didnt' make it back to respond to everyone. Can't really today either. Day job has been crazy and between the 2 this week I'm usually leaving my house at 6:30 AM and not getting home until 11PM. I've just accepted that I can't work-out right now and have decided that lack of time to grocery shop and cook doesn't mean it's a free for all. I'll just have to make as healthy as possible choices while eating out 3 meals a day. Hopefully I'll have my life back to normal by the 17th.

Wow you all sound busy today. I am happy to say that I am not I had a massage this morning. This afternoon DH & I are going to a matinee & then tonight we're heading out to a sports bar to watch our teams play it out in the Battle of Alberta! DH is a HUGE Oilers fan (booo) & I LOVE the Calgary Flames! It should be a good one. Of course I'm afraid my team will be tuckered out b/c they played an intense game against Chicago last night-filled with fights! Anyway it should be a fun fun day I am making sure to manage my food today so I can have a drink at the lounge & maybe share an appetizer. Then tomorrow its back to work....

Laura, glad to hear you think you have things more controlled. Sounds like life is extremly hectic. I hope you still find some time for yourself.

Hi everyone! I started the thread this morning and am just now finding my way back to post. I've been absolutely swamped at work, but I've decided that my weight loss is just as important as keeping my job, so I'm taking a second to post.

Tonight, Aaron is coming over. Last week when he was here, I totally blew my WW plan. Tonight, however, I'm making Calico Chicken Chowder from our recipe thread, so I don't have to worry about blowing it. Today, I went to lunch with a friend and got only the salad bar and made good decisions there, too. I'm feeling particularly accomplished, hopefully I can continue doing what I'm doing.

Angie--I wish I was a losing machine!! Keep up the good work!

Tonya--Yes, I'd say your new Ya Ya name is better than the other one, even though the other one was pretty funny.

Laura--You poor thing! I hope things settle for you and you can take a little time to relax.

KT--Have fun seeing Toby Keith!!
