Hey Ladies - thanks for your support and suggestions yesterday. Sorry I didnt' make it back to respond to everyone. Can't really today either. Day job has been crazy and between the 2 this week I'm usually leaving my house at 6:30 AM and not getting home until 11PM. I've just accepted that I can't work-out right now and have decided that lack of time to grocery shop and cook doesn't mean it's a free for all. I'll just have to make as healthy as possible choices while eating out 3 meals a day. Hopefully I'll have my life back to normal by the 17th.

Wow you all sound busy today. I am happy to say that I am not :) I had a massage this morning. This afternoon DH & I are going to a matinee & then tonight we're heading out to a sports bar to watch our teams play it out in the Battle of Alberta! DH is a HUGE Oilers fan (booo) & I LOVE the Calgary Flames! It should be a good one. Of course I'm afraid my team will be tuckered out b/c they played an intense game against Chicago last night-filled with fights! Anyway it should be a fun fun day :) I am making sure to manage my food today so I can have a drink at the lounge & maybe share an appetizer. Then tomorrow its back to work....

Laura, glad to hear you think you have things more controlled. Sounds like life is extremly hectic. I hope you still find some time for yourself.

KT have fun at the concert. I hope there's no work for you while you're there. That must be nice getting paid to go to a concert!

Hi everyone! I started the thread this morning and am just now finding my way back to post. :) I've been absolutely swamped at work, but I've decided that my weight loss is just as important as keeping my job, so I'm taking a second to post.

Tonight, Aaron is coming over. Last week when he was here, I totally blew my WW plan. Tonight, however, I'm making Calico Chicken Chowder from our recipe thread, so I don't have to worry about blowing it. Today, I went to lunch with a friend and got only the salad bar and made good decisions there, too. I'm feeling particularly accomplished, hopefully I can continue doing what I'm doing.

Angie--I wish I was a losing machine!! :) Keep up the good work!

Tonya--Yes, I'd say your new Ya Ya name is better than the other one, even though the other one was pretty funny. :)

Laura--You poor thing! I hope things settle for you and you can take a little time to relax.

KT--Have fun seeing Toby Keith!!
