OK, this is the third time I've started posting, I really am going to finish it this time, I swear!
First off, I didn't get to post my Ya Ya name, it's Marchioness Cold-As-Ice. I kind of like it...
So, I'm really looking forward to the weekend, because I actually have some really fun plans. Friday night, Aaron is coming and staying with me. Saturday night, I'm going with some friends to watch an Irish band play at a bar, always a great time.
Things WW-wise have been good all week, so I'm feeling pretty darn good about myself. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to do much exercising.

Luckily, I've managed to fit in a couple of 20 minute walks at work, so at least I got something done.
Ali--so, what is up with the "uh friend", I'm dying to know!!
Angie--Oh my gosh, I heard about your WI yesterday and all I know is
YOU ARE A LOSING MACHINE!! You're doing so GREAT!! Congratulations!!
Laura--My suggestion is to take a few minutes before bed at night and kind of get a feel for what you're going to eat the next day. It's not so much planning as it is sort of laying the groundwork. Something that helps me out SO much is having easy to take along, portable types of foods, like SmartPop, 2 Points Bars, and Lean Cuisines. Granola bars too. And, there is of course, the best invention ever--the crockpot. Throw a couple of chicken breasts in with pretty much anything--salsa, chicken broth, even water w/some seasonings and you've got dinner made and can take leftovers tomorrow. Dry cereal is fabulous--if you can, just keep a box with a measuring cup in it to munch on at work. It's also portable. Yogurt with no fat added granola makes a darn good breakfast and gets one of your dairy servings out of the way. Eating things like what I've listed is the only way I've managed to stay OP. If I had to work any harder, I wouldn't be able to do this.
Rina--You are so good! I love that headache remedy, will definitely have to try it out! Do you have any suggestions for an aching back due to big chest? I've been doing physical therapy, and it helped for awhile, but lately it's been hurting again. I just don't know what else to do besides pray for a breast reduction.
Belle--I'm totally with you about the reality shows. They just don't interest me and never really have. It seems like people everywhere love them, though. It's at work, you hear people discussing it at the grocery store, it's everywhere.
Jen--I think you should post that recipe on the Recipe Thread. Anything that's easy and yummy I definitely want to learn to make.

I'm sorry to hear about your Grandmother, and about your Dr's appointment. But, on the bright side, maybe you'll start feeling better soon, now that you know what's wrong.
Hi Lori!!
OK, I better get some work done. I've been working on the same @$#^&^$%#%# thing for the last few days. It's been dealing me fits!
