No specific plan as of yet, I am heavily looking into Protein Power though. My plan is just basic low carbs, but I want to start actually counting my carbs.
2) State your weight loss goal
Lose 4 lbs or 2 inches on my waist or hips.
3) State your emotional goal, i.e. to be able to be angry without eating
Try not to exchange shopping for eating like I did in January.
4) State your water intake goal
64 oz's a day.
5) State your exercise goal
Some form of exercise everyday, 3 days of cardio/week, 3 days of weight training/week.
6) State your other goals, whatever they may be
Get a little bit more organized.
So it's a brand new month and we need brand new goals! Remember, you are accountable only to yourself! Here's how the plan works:

I would love to lose 15 pounds this month, but will make my goal 10 pounds.

I am going to take it one step at a time, PATIENCE is my goal for february.

I will continue to up my water intake, and my goal is 9 glasses of water a day.

My goal is to do 3 days of aerobic exercise and at least 2 days treadmill and weight training.

Finding a job, at home doing my Medical Transcription is definitely a goal for February. Check my job web-sites daily, and send out resumes!. Also I will take a MV everyday, and buy a new scale!!!!

I am going to manage 5 pounds--and that means to be officially in onederland! I PROMISE to do this! After weighing in today, I can specifically say that my new goal is to be 198 at the end of February
3) State your emotional goal
To continue to find other things to do with my hands
To catch myself in the act when I start to "graze"
4) State your water intake goal
Since it is freezing cold up here, and the water might as well be ice, I am aiming to take in more tea. I am going to have a chat with the lady at the health food store to find out which ones my body will benefit from most. I have ginger tea here my inlaws sent so I will be having at least one cup of that a day
5) State your exercise goal
Since I know I am lousy at any sort of organized exercise, I am going to continue taking my pup for walks. Hopefully as the weather gets warmer, we will go for longer excursions!
6) State your other goals, whatever they may be.
To whittle down the massive debt we've incurred this month due to unforseen circumstances.

Weight Loss: 10 lbs
Emotional Goal: to accept that I am diabetic and that this is not a diet but truly a way of life
Water: 10- 12 cups a day
Excercise: appointment at Curves Feb. 6th
Other Goals: not loose my patience with my husband for stupid things that really are not his fault.

Hopefully Ive made my Jan challenge of making it to 199lbs. Im not going to check though until the end of the month lol (I still have one more day)

5 lbs ......now if I didnt make my Jan goal, this will change. I would like to be 194 by Feb 28th. (Edit...201 as of Jan 31st, Feb 28th goal will be 191...10lbs to be gone!)

Continue to lean on hubby more........doing this last month, has certainly helped. Had only 2 really bad sugar days.
4. Water intake
Im good with this, except when Im sick. So, when Im not feeling up to snuff, I will pay more attention to my water intake.
5. Exercise goal.
Started weight training 2 weeks ago, will be able to move up in weights by the middle of Feb.
6. Goals
Have a full 2003 marketing plan for the store, by the end of Feb!!

to keep my BGL in the OK limit by remembering to take meds

Get over the morning lethargy and back into my springtime mode. I will also try to be more positive about DH's ailments and stop whining about how much I have to do.
4. Water intake
Increase to at least 6 glasses per day. I am rotten at this!
5. Exercise goal.
Walk to the Post Office and Library more often - weather permitting. Get out and use my walking tapes.

To get my sewingroom back in tip-top shape.

Hi everyone....just started dieting so will set some goals now, lol.

3. To feel better and get out of this slump I have been in for a while.
4. 6-8 glasses a day, maybe more.
5. To go to the gym more and push myself out the door more in the mornings (its been so darn cold, lol)

3) State your emotional goal - To find other things to do with my hands than stuffing food into my face. To really BELIEVE in myself and give myself supportive, POSITIVE self-talk.
4) State your water intake goal - 64 ounces a day
5) State your exercise goal - Go to the pool at least 4 times a week. Use my recumbant stationary bike 3 times a week starting with 5 minutes per session and working up to 20 min.
6) State your other goals, whatever they may be - Stop procrastinating on some projects around the house and get going on crafts for my women's club.
