1) State your plan - somewhere between Schwarzbein and Atkins (trying to stay closer to Schwarzbein though)
2) State your weight loss goal - I like Ruth's goal....to weigh less than today (150) also there's a pair of jeans I'm dying to throw in the fire pit...as soon as they bag too much..(love to be under 145 by the end of Feb)
3) State your emotional goal - to stop obsessing over diet, body image and just take care of myself for the health of it
4) State your water intake goal - 8 to 10 glasses/day
5) State your exercise goal - kickboxing 3X/week, bellydancing 1X/week
6) State your other goals, whatever they may be - to build up the vacation fund
