I posted a thread awhile back regarding doing the WW program while breastfeeding. I have been having ok results up until now, and am feeling a little confused and stressed right now.
I am the proud mother of a 4 month old baby girl who is strictly breastfed.
I started WW again in Nov, and have lost 21 lbs. Things were going well until this week, when I stayed totally OP, exercised, drank tons of water, and gained .4lb.

I know this shouldn't be a big deal, but I did the program 2.5 yrs ago and lost 65lbs without one gain.
A girl from the meeting suggested I take my normal pts range and add 2pts for every feeding my baby has during the day, as opposed to the ten pt higher range recommended by the book.

Has anyone else here been through this?

I would really appreciate any help you can give me!
