Red face New to sb.

Hi, my name is Lindsay and today is my third day on the diet and I've lost 4lbs already(: It's been a little tough, until, yesterday when I found this forum - I was having the toughest time with breakfast meals since I am NOT a fan of eggs, so the recipe ideas you all have posted on this forum have helped! This morning I tried the Orange Dream-slide; so good! Can't wait to try more ideas posted by you guys! Thanks for the help!(:

Nice to meet you! I rarely had eggs and for the longer than a year now have been making beans for breakfast. Think outside the traditional morning box.

I used to eat black beans with a tbsp of low fat sour cream and a few small slices of low fat mozzarella cheese! Nom, nom nom!
I also would make a milkshake with one cup of 1%/nonfat/almond milk, a bit of stevia (natural sweetner), unsweetened cocoa butter and sometimes would add all natural peanut butter (the one with no added sugar or oil)! It was soooo good! I also would eat 1/2 cup of plain yogurt with cinnamon, flax seeds and 15 almonds. One really good recipe I found was pancakes! I used 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese, 2 tsp of flax seeds, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon. Heat the pan and used olive oil pam spray in order for it not to stick. I didn't add any sweetner to it because you can always add sugar free maple syrup to make it sweet or make it more savoury and add ham and cheese and you get this like amazing crepe! The toppings are endless I even add peanut butter sometimes :P Anyways, hope I helped!

yes, to the sf jello - no, to the sf pudding. Definitely check out the phase 1 dessert recipe section...lots of great ideas there.

my most favorite EVER to have that is SB friendly is the peanut butter cup...so delicious!!!

Welcome! I am floored by your weight loss so far! Great job and keep on going! Start planning your phase 1.5 now - that's what gets a lot of people in trouble (including yours truly).
