I used to eat black beans with a tbsp of low fat sour cream and a few small slices of low fat mozzarella cheese! Nom, nom nom!
I also would make a milkshake with one cup of 1%/nonfat/almond milk, a bit of stevia (natural sweetner), unsweetened cocoa butter and sometimes would add all natural peanut butter (the one with no added sugar or oil)! It was soooo good! I also would eat 1/2 cup of plain yogurt with cinnamon, flax seeds and 15 almonds. One really good recipe I found was pancakes! I used 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese, 2 tsp of flax seeds, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon. Heat the pan and used olive oil pam spray in order for it not to stick. I didn't add any sweetner to it because you can always add sugar free maple syrup to make it sweet or make it more savoury and add ham and cheese and you get this like amazing crepe! The toppings are endless
