I am always tired and it is preventing me from exercising as much as I should.
I know I have Hypothyroid, and am on meds. I was supposed to be "normal" as of summer last year so it could have changed, but I can't get it checked yet as I have changed insurance companies and that is considered a pre-existing condition. Boo...so I have to wait a few months (around September) til I can get rechecked.
I have also been considered anemic a few times since childhood but have "thelassemia" or something like that, and cannot be given iron.
Anyways, I recently graduated college and started a new job. I figured I would give myself time to adjust and get used to it. It is 9 hours, and there is the stress of learning it ect. But it has been almost 3 months...I should be adjusted!??!
I am so tired, it is not an excuse or laziness. I am exhausted. I can barely keep my eyes open after work to drive myself home. I got to bed early and get 8 and a half to 9 or so hours. So, I do get plenty of sleep.
And I can barely keep my eyes open after work, so don't tell me to push through and work out. I don't want to kill myself trying to run and fall asleep or something...
And many people recommend working out in the morning...but I am tired ALWAYS. I wake up tired sometimes too...and I don't want to force my body to workout and then fall asleep during work or something. that would NOT be good....
Any other ideas? Like vitamins or suggestions like that...
I was thinking of just exercising on the weekends. Would that be ok?
I am not trying to lose weight anymore, I am just trying to maintain my weight/size...but exercise was a healthy habit and part of my healthy lifestyle I was trying to continue...
