Default Sweets Help!

Been doing pretty good on Atkins but today I am CRAVING sweets! I have not eaten any. Just wanted to know is there anything I can buy at a regular grocery store that is sweet and low carbs? Thanks

Well blueberries and raspberries are low carb but not THAT low if you are on induction. How about a diet gingerale with some sugar free Jello powder mixed in?
Or just drink a whole bunch of water.
I don't know where you live so can't really tell what to recommend.
I'll move this post to the regular board which gets more views, Maybe they can help.

I would like to suggest looking at the recipe board for dessert ideas. They are legal and very yummy!

Default Are you a carb addict?

if you are, like me........any kind of sugar is bad news.

Some of the ladies can take a bit of sugar, or fake sugar and they can get their fix and get on with it. But if sugar sends you in a tail spin, stay away from it and eat more protein and drink more water to combat the sugar cravings.

If I'm really trying to stay very low carb, sf jello with fresh whipped cream is great.

SF pudding made with cream and water instead of milk is good, but more carbs. But it has saved me from a worse cheat many times.

When i am at the end of my day I need a little reward. So i take a can of Diet Vanilla Coke and 3 oz of heavy whipping cream. MIX. Waaaaa-La! you have a drink that tastes exactly like a Coke Float. YUMMMMMM. enjoy

First thing si how long have you been ow carbing?? that will depend onf if these are beginner cravings or just otherwise. normally you will not crave after avout a few weeks. BUT TOM will cause cravings then is when I alow a small bite of dark chocoalte. the chemicals of dark chocolate helps with the hormonal cravings and will satisfy the cravings. but again like the other girls say look at the deserts. some of my favs are the faux rice pudding with cottage cheese. (oldie) and well sugar free jello amd well ther e is a whole gammut even cheese cake. but watch what and how much you eat.

The other biggie is if you are eating trigger foods what you eat can also cause cravings. it was the fake crab that killed me I avoid that like the plague now!!!

list several typical days
