New here - on week 3 - feeling good but stressed!
Hi!
I am starting on my third week of ideal protein. I lost 10 lbs and 6 1/2 inches the first week - 4 lbs and 5 inches the second. I am pretty excited but I have a long way to go!
I am a former college basketball player, former PE teacher, medical practice manager, softball coach, wife, and most importantly, mother to a 6,5, and 1 yr old. I am feeling a little stressed and I am hoping to balance it all. So far I have been doing very well - not "cheating" but I think I am eating more lean meat that I should. I am not sure if that is a big problem or not. I am also trying to get in enough veggies but I am finding that to be hard as well.
I do have thyroid issues and auto-immune disease but i've been able to see a difference in inflammation and fluid retention - so awesome!
I am hoping to lose about 50 lbs so I think I am on the right track - need to stay inspired!!!!
