Im so excited to post my first mini goal!! (Actual first one seen below was before coming on here routinely) Being under 220 (soon, Im at 220) for the second time in my life besides when I was like 11! Anyways, I've just incorporated wogging (walking/jogging

) into my routine- my calories were all over the place- at first it was 1300, now Im calorie cycling at a median of 1600 & seeing how I do with that- so far so good!
I am SO excited to keep doing this & make it a life long change!!
I have so much more energy & I am much happier!
