Hey everyone! I took a little over a month off because i was dealing with stress negatively (hence eating everything in sight) and I haven't posted on 3fc in a looong time due to a cross country move and hubby being gone but I'm back and rocking the weightloss! I got on the scale this last saturday (my weigh in day) and it said 169.8 The lowest weight I've been at during my journey has been 162 so I'm excited to get back there, but I'm even more motivated to get out of the 160's and into the 150's! So if there is anyone else out there who needs motivation/support to get out of the 160's feel free to join!
