i'm interested! i want to be 140 by thanksgiving. i'm losing so slow now that i will have to lose 5lbs a month to get to this goal. i think that is attainable. i want to also get through thanksgiving and the whole holiday season without losing control and eating everything in sight. i think my goal weight is going to be somewhere between 130-137. as i keep getting lower in weight i notice that i drop inches before pounds, so i guess it depends on how i look. i've never been this small as an adult so i don't really know what to expect. my original goal was 155, and although i am happy with the weight i have lost i want to be able to wear a bikini and feel good. i have a lot of weight in my midsection right now, so i'm hoping that when i lose more weight it will come off this area.
I'll go ahead and add mine... I like to make goals that are difficult, to push myself. So I'd like to be at or very near goal by Thanksgiving. So I would love to be somewhere between 135-140 or so. I'll post my start weight next Monday when I weigh-in.
I'm not going to expect too much, though. I just wanna be back on plan and at a solid 145lbs by Thanksgiving. That's only 5lbs, so I'm pretty sure I can do it!
Yesterday was my official WI day so I will use that as my starting weight. My goal is to lose 10 lbs which would put me in the high 140's by Thanksgiving. That's a little over 1.1 lbs per week, and I think that's very do-able! Good luck girls we can do this!

I would LOVE to be 190 by Thanksgiving.....i know at my size this should be very easy to attain but I go crazy around this time and eat everything..fall is always a huge setback for me but im trying to remind myself that there is always next year to allow myself more freedom
Meeeeeeee!!! I want to be at goal by then- 125. That gives me more than enough time to do it although I'm sure those last few lbs will be really tough so I'm giving myself ample time, I feel. Ideally I'd love to hit goal before then and be maintaining for Thanksgiving.
I have two goals - one for weight and one for exercise.
I ran/walked a Thanksgiving Day 10k race last year, and plan to do it again. Except this year, I want to run the whole thing! No walking!
And, weight-wise, I'd like to be between 150-155. That's the lowest I've been as an adult! (I realize that it's ambitious, but it's kind of time to "go big or go home.")
