That's another 11 lbs. in 5 weeks, I think I can do it; I made a few adjustments based off of what I've been learning:
1. After rigorous workouts, the body will "gain" weight because of something with the muscles (totally forgot the science behind it) and the weight will stay for a few weeks
2. Weigh-in on rest days in the morning after I do my business
3. Adjust my calories based on how much exercise I do; but don't over-do it. If I "gain" 400 extra calories back from exercise, I only will "eat back" up to 200 of those
4. Give the body a rest! I was working out hard daily and could not figure out why I wasn't losing, but when I gave myself 2 consecutive days off, the weigh droppes like a bad habit!
