Goal!!
I looked through several pages of thread and I can't find one that has a list of the members who reached their goal using IP. I think it would be inspirational to hear from the people who did it! If you have reached your goal please share your journey... tell us: Why did you choose to start IP and what gave you the push to loose weigh? When did you start? How much weight have you lost? How long did it take to reach your goal? What was your reward for losing the weight? What was the hardest part of the program? What was your favorite thing you ate while on IP? And anything else about yourself that will help others a long the way.
