Default Anyone want to be my trainer?

So I really want to hire a trainer, but can't afford it. So I'm not too sure how serious I am about this, but I was wondering if anyone would interested in suggesting some exercises for me. My goal is toning, I'm not interested in weight loss right now (although I am still losing and I will still be doing 5xs/week cardio), and I have some specific areas I need help with. I know the basics, but I'm not really getting the results I want, maybe cause I still have some weight to lose. But here are my troubled areas.

Butt (it's flat and saggy)

Upper Thighs (saggy, this may just be excess skin and beyond repair, I'm a runner so I should have pretty good muscle built up there)

Stomach (It's just a mess, a lot of saggy skin and excess fat)

Upper Arms (I'm doing pretty good in this department, but there is the slightest bit of bat wing I'd like to shrink)

So can anyone suggest a series of routines for these areas that I can rotate every few weeks or so. Generally I strength train 2xs a week for 60 mins, but I can add about 15 mins abs to some of my cardio days to get in some extra. I also have a balance ball and access to a small gym. Any tips would be appreciated, I've worked to hard to be where I am and still not happy with my body...Also for what's it's worth I've been doing strength training for about 8 weeks and the results have been mostly just inches lost, not much tone.

I would suggest looking at The New Rules of Lifting for Women.

You can also look at http://www.stumptuous.com/ as there are some workout routines there.

It may not be for you, but I've been doing a program called Lean Eating offered by Precision Nutrition. It is - at the core - a workout program, with online coaching and free weight programs (a new one every 4 weeks for the 6 months), but also has lots of nutritional and just general lifestyle coaching as well. It's not a weight loss program per se, and there is no "diet" involved, rather just nutritional recommendations and habit building for healthy eating. There is a new 6 month session starting in July which you can read about here. The cost is ~ $100/month, and it includes daily workouts, access to a coach, and a forum similar to this one. I have enjoyed it a lot.
