I haven't posted here in a while, and seeing as I stopped posting around the time I reached my goal, I didn't want anybody to worry I'd run off and started gaining weight again. Actually, it was a coincidence. I reached my goal weight a week before I started school again, so once I started school I was kind of busy so I haven't been going online as much. I have 19 credits now (6 academic classes and choir) and am also trying to get in all the paperwork for changing my current major, adding another major, typing out proposals for all of this, getting the paperwork and letters of recommendation done for study abroad, picking schools to study abroad at (I've been messaging people on Facebook with questions who have been to the schools I'm considering), AND trying to apply for scholarships at my school. Most of these things have deadlines of late February or early March, so it's been a hectic 2 weeks, to say the least.
But I'm pretty good otherwise! I'm about 150 now, pretty much managing to maintain my weight. I weigh in every morning and such. I do admit, it's harder to resist junk food and the urge to overeat now that I'm at goal, but that's something I'm seriously working on on a psychological level to find a path that works for me, so I can continue to keep the weight off, for good!
Now I just have to make some time to finally write my goal story! I'm sorry I haven't done that yet... I suck!
Oh, and I don't know if I mentioned... but I'm not actively looking to date now or anything (I figure it's not worth the bother with me being busy with school) but I DO have an account of plentyoffish, and the other day this girl contacted me and we started talking and we actually do seem to have a lot in common. At the very least, I think we could make good friends. She's much like me in the sense that she doesn't smoke or do drugs and is not a big partier, etc., and in a relationship she'd be looking to be friends first and get to know the person. She actually said that she's just bi-curious and doesn't know how she feels yet, but I'm willing to take a chance. She's obviously not bi-curious in the sense of "Oooh me and my boyfriend want me to experiment more... make sure he can watch!" so even if things don't work out, I think it'll be okay. I'm going to meet her next weekend for lunch (in a very public area of course; one can never be too careful!) and I'm very excited!
