Unhappy Back to 3 f c

Hi,
Its been a while and a few # but I am ready to start back to 3 f c. I found it to be a great diet support in the past. I am 54,and have a high stress job and work shifts. sometimes 3 shifts in 1 week which i think has attributed to
my weight gain. I am sure this really messes up my metabolism. for example since the 16th i have worked 7-3, and 3-11 and then by friday i will work 11-7 with no scheduled day off in between then i am off saturday and back 11-7 sunday then by tuesday i have to work 7-3 again. Half the time my body doesnt know if its supposed to be awake or asleep, and this really messes up your plans for trying to eat healthy. most of the time when i work midnight
(11-7) i get so nauseated that the only food i can possibly think of eating is breakfast food or pbj. I feel horrible i am always feeling sleep deprived and because of all of this i am really confused about which plan is best for me.
I started doing the leslie sandsone walking video before christmas 2-3 times a week, and found this to be an achievable exercise for me. My husband bought wii game and i am considering buying the wii fit plus. I also am very interested in buying the 400 calorie fix book that Dr Oz discussed in one of his programs. I have probably lost about 4 lb since november, but to feel my best and be at a healthier bmi i would like to lose 20# more that would bring me down to 150#, and hopefully get toned up in the process.

Hi Littlegg. Welcome back. Join one of our very active forums and come and post every day. You'll probably like the Golden Girls or Quilter, Crafters... both are very active.
