Default To all the girls who said no candy bars for me

Girls i just want to let you know that I thank everyone of you all for teaching me how to eat and it works. I am not even wanting a candy bar now. The types of food DO count when counting calories. I weigh myself tomarow and I know I have shed some pounds. I went grocery shopping on my budget and it works. I also made me out a diet plan which I will swithc around if I get tired of the same foods,,,but with my diet plan, i am staying full and feeling healthy. I am still doing 1200 calories. I drink water and tea and maybe a glass of diet pop ever so often. Here is what I come up with...and tell me what you all think. Also I bought the chicken breast in big bulk and reduced,,,it was soo cheap. No excuses for me Rockin Robin.

Breakfast- oatmeal and peanut butter/ celery

Snack- Pick from list

Lunch- can of tuna/tbs of may and an optional snack

Snack- Pick from list

Dinner- chicken breast/ veggies

PM Snack if hungry (make it light though)

Snacks to choose from: peanut butter/ celery,,,,cheese cubes,,,,almonds,,,strawberry frozen yogurt,,,hot chocolate,,,apples,,,bananas

I like all of these foods and they fit my budget. no more excuses for me.

I have been at this for 12 days now and only went off of it when I was eating the wrong foods.

You are awesome! You really are! What a turn around from about a week ago when you posted that a candy bar fit into your new healthy breakfast plan. You have dropped the excuses and educated yourself about what makes a healthy meal plan. Good for you!

Congratulations and thanks for posting this!

Aw, that's the best news! I love seeing the lightbulb pop on over people's heads! Sounds like you really get it. No more Butterfingers!

I think that sounds great! I'm so glad that you decided to skip the candy bars and opt for more filling, healthy foods! Way to go!
