Hope everyone has a great start to week 5. I'm trying to play catch up since I took my first freebie this past week. So far so good. I've been on plan with eating. I do need to step it up and start working out for the week. Good luck to everyone!!

Hi Red Team! None of us have heard for Dee either. Last time she was on she said she had a really busy week but she has said that before and appeared sporadically. We are starting to get worried too. Hope we hear from her soon.

That's so weird that no one's heard from dixied. Hope that mystery is solved soon!
Shan-I also took my first freebie week this past weigh-in. I was actually gonna post my gain, but then the night got away from me and I just didn't get to it. I wasn't all that thrilled to post a gain anyway, so it's just as well.

I feel 100 times better today than yesterday. I had nothing good to say about anything weight or weight-loss related yesterday. Thankfully though, I was able to regain perspective throughout the day and realize it's a long term commitment to health, not a quick fix to be skinny. In light of that, I spent the whole day OP, workouts and all, yesterday despite how I felt. I made a DELICIOUS stir fry for supper that reminded me that healthy does not equal boring/deprivation/bland. So, I'm back to better form and thrilled that it was only 1 off plan meal I was recovering from. On to healthier and happier things.... Let's rock week 5!

Yes, you heard correctly. I'll be taking over from Shannon November 1st (for week 7 weigh-in). I'm going to be working on coming up with challenges and other random stuff for the team in the next couple of weeks, so be prepared.

MonteCristo- So excited your going to be leading our team. Woohoo! Looking forward to the week 5 challenge being posted.

Hope everyone is having a good week. I'm halfway through the week here in SK. Wednesday morning has arrived!! Not to jinx anything, but I weighed myself this morning and I'm back to my original weight from week 3 (last week I had a freebie because I gained 3.5lbs). Hoping to really dive into some exercise starting today and moving throughout the rest of the week and weekend. I hope to post a good number loss for week 5.

Uh oh, I think I just saw your inner Jillian trying to get free!

I'm trying to release mine this week - gotta make up for that gain last week! It happens though, and I am finding it helps to repeat my motto below when I am feeling even slightly discouraged. I have to remind myself just how far quitting has got me in the past. Oh yeah, it gets me no where. It gets me bigger sizes, less self esteem and more tears in the dressing room. No thanks!

If your going to being out your inner Jillian, MonteCristo, I am so ready for you!!! I had a great day today. I stayed OP with food. I chased after preschool kids for 3 hours (something never on my schedule at work to do). I also did the 2 mile WATP video tonight after I got home from teaching the late night adult conversation class. I'm really happy with how I did today. I hope exercise wise it is a turning point for me to get back in the game and be more motivated to continue to stive for my goal. I'm in a halloween challenge and I only have 9lbs to go for that. How awesome would it be if I made that goal? I think it would be AMAZING! Wish me luck.

Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday. I'm off to sleep so I'm ready for everything Thursday will bring (105 middle school boys for a 2 day camp).

It looks like I'm going to be taking over a week early, so look out week 6. :evil: I will post the weekly challenge Sunday afternoon so everyone has a chance to look over it before the week starts. I'm getting so excited, and really motivated. What kind of leader would I be if I go off plan every other day?

Hope everyone is doing well. It is raining again today so it is dreary. My day started off horribly with when I emptyed the trash the bag broke, got to my van and there was a horrible smell (kids left an egg salad sandwhich in there over night) got delayed by 2 wrecks and finally when I got to work my umbrella broke so I was soaked by the time I got to the door. I am thinking it was a sign that I should have stayed in bed. Oh- well I am here and the day can only get better.
