Congratulations to all our biggest losers! I unfortunately woke up this morning with a sore throat and feeling pretty icky. My parents have been in NM for a little over a week, so I’m hanging out at their house today to make people think that someone is actually staying here… hence the reason why I have access to a computer. I went to Rent-a-Center last night to check out computers, but while I could afford the monthly payment, I would end up paying 4X what the computer is actually worth in the long run. I think I’m just going to try and get my desktop from college fixed up and then just save up for a laptop. A nap sounds really good right now…[/FONT]
Yikes that long rope course sounds very hard to do! The recipe does sound really yummy. I am sorry you are feeling under the weather. I say stay in bed drink lots of tea and have some chicken soup and watch old movie or whatever you like that is my prescription for you feeling better. As far as computers Dell has some killer deals and plus I bet through your school you can get some sweet deals!

I received this PM below from BlkBarbie25 and I wanted to share it because I want her teams to know what she is going through so we can all support her. She was our biggest loser last week and yet when she stumbled she feels unworthy. We are all worth it, to take back our lives and to be happy.

Did you read how Shan84 and I were complaining to each other a couples weeks ago that we fell off the wagon, she had beer & some other things and I had 3 chocolate bars one day and Thai take out another. Today I had a chocolate bar, I just never seem to be able to resist them a day or two before TOM. But I got some great advice from my team mates, which was to have 1 chocolate bar because if not, I might eat 3. One bar I can work into my calories three bars are half my calories for the day. There is a reason why Shan84, myself and MonteCristo post our food everyday
one we can see how many calories we are eating,
two accountability and
three the support we get from each other to stay the course.
I want to ask you one more question; if you were to fall down on the ground would you lay there on the ground for the rest of your life? No, of course not you'd get up no matter how many times you fell and if you needed up up you'd ask for it. Please take your teams hand and get off the ground and walk on.
