Well, since you're not trying to lose anymore, I wouldn't recommend induction. It's going to put you into ketosis and you'll lose for sure. Try to start around 50 carbs a day, if you notice you're gaining, cut it down by 5 grams for a week, then see what happens. I was able to eat around 80 or so a day back when I was in OWL, so you may be able to increase some too. This is a learning experience, so if you do have a gain, it will be a small one, and you will be able to lose it quickly. Hope this helps!
