roll with soy butter 4
protein bar 3

pork tenderloin 3/20.5 and veggies 0
rosemary potatoes 2/22.5
snack:
oh perhaps, but only if i stick to my gp

exercise: dog putter, gym 35 min, maybe yoga
water- si,si

pasta 4

Total: 25

Breakfast:
lowfat whole wheat pancakes
fresh blackberries
1 sl lowfat bacon
Snack:
1 biscotti
Lunch:
homemade chicken soup
nonfat croutons
snack: small banana
Dinner:
1 tortilla
chicken breast
1/2 baked potato w/nonfat sour cream
and 1T fresh parm/reg
fresh spinach
frozen yogurt bar
total: 22
exercise: 2 miles
