Best as I can remember with the activity points is that when you do a certain activity at a certain level of intensity you get "activity points" and you can apply those points to your day so that you can eat more if you would like. So in your case, if you eat a bigger lunch and then earn activity points and would like to use them for dinner you can. However, if you earn activity points and DO NOT use them, you are more likely to hit your goals faster because you have burned MORE calories than you have taken in? Does that make sense? Anyone who has been on weight watcher longer or still following the program have anything to add? I hope it was helpful in some way at least. Way to go, by the way, about getting to the gym that much and really working it. You go girl!
