  • I have lost a total of 7 STUBBORN lbs!!
Now, my mini goal is to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks! I am going to be going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week this week and next week, and really cracking down on my weight watcher points!
I need an idea of how the activity points work for weight watchers. Since I eat a big lunch usually to be able to have the energy to go to the gym, just to work it off. I am really hungry and want more in my dinner. Can someone please explain the ACTIVITY POINTS 2 me?

The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins. ~Bob Moawad
  • You can use your activity points Now under the Momentum plan these are used before you use your 35 weekly points allowance.
  • Best as I can remember with the activity points is that when you do a certain activity at a certain level of intensity you get "activity points" and you can apply those points to your day so that you can eat more if you would like. So in your case, if you eat a bigger lunch and then earn activity points and would like to use them for dinner you can. However, if you earn activity points and DO NOT use them, you are more likely to hit your goals faster because you have burned MORE calories than you have taken in? Does that make sense? Anyone who has been on weight watcher longer or still following the program have anything to add? I hope it was helpful in some way at least. Way to go, by the way, about getting to the gym that much and really working it. You go girl!
  • thanks ladies, loving the support here!!!
  • Well yeah you can hit your goals fast if you do not eat them but then you can also lose at an unhealthy rate that way too & that can lead to muscle loss. This leads to you wind up saying the heck with it because you are dang hungry all the time and falling off the wagon, kwim? What has worked for me is eating at least 1/3 of my activity points (I exercise at least for an hour a day 5 days a week at moderate to high intensity) and I've been losing at a good pace
