I agree with keli. Etools does the same thing for me, gives me 1 less point than I get just going by the quiz in the starter book - I go by the one in the book

Why exist on lower points when you can lose eating more? I say go with the 36 until your loss starts to slow, then drop a point. This would naturally happen every ten pounds (if you retake the quiz assuming a lower weight you'll see why).
