Points Question
I have been on WW for a week, and lost 3.6 lbs :carrot: . My daily points was 36, it was designed by the book on the first week. However, on my etools my daily points are 31. Which one should I follow? I don't want to under eat or over eat! Any help would be great.

If you're losing with 36 points I would stay there until your losing starts to slow. I'm a big believer in eating as much as you can and losing weight.
You can always split the difference and see how that works for you, too. best of luck :sunny: |
I agree with keli. Etools does the same thing for me, gives me 1 less point than I get just going by the quiz in the starter book - I go by the one in the book :) Why exist on lower points when you can lose eating more? I say go with the 36 until your loss starts to slow, then drop a point. This would naturally happen every ten pounds (if you retake the quiz assuming a lower weight you'll see why).

Thanks guys! I only ate 31 yesterday and today but I will go back up to 36 tomorrow.
