I hope Chelle does not try to go back and rebuild the badges and Beach Hopping. That would be way too much to take on. I say we just pick it up on Sunday and move on.


Ran this morning. there is a woman that I see running that I might ask to form a partnership. She is a RUNNER, and if I could do 2-3 miles with her a few mornings a week, that would be topnotch. I know where she lives, so I may ask her this weekend while I am out. I am not looking for chit chat or to insert myself into her life; I just need some accountability.

My fast yesterday was lovely. I don't know what the scale will show with TOM lurking but not starting. (TMI*) Plus, I don't think I have pooed in days.* It would be a crapper if I had to take my last freebie already. On the other hand, I wonder what would change with NO wiggle room.

You fasted a whole a day? Not pooing for several days sounds kinda scary!

I feel sorry for the ladies that run this forum they would be dealing with so many complaints.. but its not there fault.. i totally agree with anna we should just pick up from where we are and move on .. im sure the other teams will understand ..

Chellez please dont worry about re updating the log and exercise maybe you could tell the people that participated to go and update the log them selves and write in if they completed the challenge that week..?

I had eaten some really dirty food on Wednesday, so yesterday I did a fruit/veg and tea fast. No grains. The poo thing is a PMS issue.

week 4 black team won
week 5 blue team won
or wahtever weeks that was.. lol do you know what i mean? i would hate for the black team to loose that win .

Whew, we're back! Too bad about the last two weeks, these things happen. Technology is a harsh mistress, what can we say.

Had some rough spots this week and I'm not sure what to expect at my WI tomorrow. Today's been great, though a little hot for my liking - supposed to be a heat index of 110 here all weekend! Anyway, just popping in to say hi, hope everyone has been good today even without 3FC to keep you on track!!
