To answer the question, I started running last year and did a 10k. I slacked off a little after school started but still ran like 5 miles a week or so. This week is my last week of building my milage then I start the "quality workouts", which I've never really done before.
I've been exercising for a while but it doesn't seem to change anything weight wise; that's why I've finally decided to look to my diet.
I'm so psyched about this forum. I've already posted 15 times today!
