I'm new, be nice!
Hi Everyone .
I'm from Toronto and I'm here to loose 25 pounds "before this gets too far". This gaining weight thing I mean. I'm also trying to run 10k in May. |

To answer the question, I started running last year and did a 10k. I slacked off a little after school started but still ran like 5 miles a week or so. This week is my last week of building my milage then I start the "quality workouts", which I've never really done before. I've been exercising for a while but it doesn't seem to change anything weight wise; that's why I've finally decided to look to my diet. I'm so psyched about this forum. I've already posted 15 times today! |

Exercise alone doesn't usually help weight. Best to do both diet & exercise :yes: And, nice posting! ^^ Keep on doing it! |
