I've seen this site a few times and finally decided to stop by and register I've been on and off of WW for a few years now and mostly did the points plan, but last year I discovered the CORE plan and LOVED it. However, at the time I wasn't serious enough about it to make any difference. I've regained my focus and am ready to do it the right way this time! I have a lot of weight to lose, but so far it seems to be slipping off fairly quickly as I've only been OP for less than a week.
Hi Keri! I'm 51 and have been primarily following Core since the Fall of 2004. I've lost 25 pounds but have 120 left to go. I've not been exercising regularly nor following the program perfectly. I've got my focus back now too. There are some great women here following Core. Very supportive. Come get to know us on our weekly chat thread. That's where we talk about all of our experiences in life as we try to change our lifestyle to Core.

I've just rejoined weightwatchers and like you, I am wondering why I never thought about the core program before... I am actually enjoying it, it's been a good week!
I am from Canada, was living in the US and now I live in Saudi Arabia. There are no weightwatchers meetings here, so it's nice to get the support I need online.
I am also a mom. I have a beautiful boy named Adam, 2 and a gorgeous little girl, Becca who is 1.
