Default Menu for 01-25-08

Well ladies today will be my last day on for the weekend since I'll be going out of town. I'm sure I'll be gaining back some of the weight I've lost this week, but I think it will still be a nice weight loss in total I'll try my best to stay OP as much as possible, but we'll see! Good thing is I still have all 35 flex points to use so I can use a little here and there. Good luck!

Shredded wheat
Skim Milk
Banana

Lunch:
Southwest chicken soup
Veggie salad w/ salsa

Dinner:
Balsamic chicken breasts
Mashed potatoes
Steamed broccoli

Snacks:
Orange
Popcorn
Grapes

Vickie, how do you make your vanilla hot milk? Sounds like it might be yummy...

It's wonderful!

8 ounces skim in a mug. Warm in microwave for about a minute and 45 seconds. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and Equal/Splenda to taste. It's SO comforting and sweet. It fills my tummy and helps me get in another milk serving. You know I have to have 3 now because I'm over 50. It's really great before bed if you are jangled and need to unwind.
