I am so excited I dropped 6lbs this week. I know its mostly water weigh but it is very motivating. iam down to 202...almost out of the 200's and I am NEVER going back

That's great! I was just getting online to report the same thing!! I also lost 6 lbs. doesnt it feel great! Keep up the good work and just keep movin!!
