Hi Michelle - I use cookinglight.com - I also count calories -but I am very mindful of fat grams, sodium, and fiber as well, you may want to keep an eye out for those when you are looking.

Have you visited the 3FC Recipes Forum?
Most recipes have calorie information included.

I go to Thrift Stores and look for Weight Watchers cookbooks. And any others (LowFat, LowCal or Low Carb) that include nutritional info.

Check out my blog - I'm calorie counting, and I usually cook my meals and post what I ate (though I admit to getting behind in the past few days). Most of them are adapted from Food Network, but if you're new to calorie counting and/or cooking, it may help you to see some of the modifications I make. I live by the belief that every recipe can be made healthier, generally without much of a taste difference too as long as you know what substitutions to make!

Also check out Light N Tasty magazine. It comes out every other month, and calorie/fat information is included for all of the recipes.
