Hi everyone - well I just rejoined WW and only gained 6 lbs - phew

Marilee it is a small world isn't it? I post over on the forum called Ten Pounds at a Time and there are lots of Canucks over there as well. I'm worried that you'll get lost in the shuffle posting here so come over and join us. You'll find a warm welcome and lots of advice, support and encouragement.
